Weather icons update

UPDATE: Another new version of the weather icons has been published today. The following changes have been made:

Brand new night icon scheme (with a moon instead of a sun)
Icons in two sizes: 32x32 pixels and 64x64 pixels
The GIF icons are now antialiased (optimized for white background)
Includes a PSD version of most icons contributed by Vassilis Ballas.
