qsoapman syntax highlighting

Today, I basically added syntax highlighting to qsoapman. I registered the project on sourceforge.net and the project has been approved about an hour ago. Anyway, I don't have time enough to upload the sources to CVS today, so this will have to wait until tomorrow. An other important change today was, that messages also can be sent in "raw" mode, which means that the whole message--including the SOAP envelope--can be written into the "Message" field. "Header" and "Additional namespaces" will be disabled in raw mode.
