I've been publishing on the internet since 1996 and this is my latest virtual playground. My former homepage was located at jschreiber.com, but apparently nobody was able to spell that web address, so I settled for an easier domain name.

In my spare time I do mostly grown-up things like drinking coffe and fixing stuff.

I'm also interested in collecting and mapping Coleoptera, beekeeping, and woodworking with traditional hand tools. Other activities include hiking, reading, listening to jazz and playing the guitar and the mandoline.
